The General Manager of Information and Communication Technology will manage and oversee our technology roadmap, systems implementation, process improvement and commercial decision support for LDK, focusing on scalable growth, and continuous improvement which maximises the performance of LDK in line with our core values and vision of being Australia's most innovative Seniors' Living community. The most important deliverable is that LDK's technology meets the needs of our residents. In addition to this, you will be responsible for:
- Leading, developing, and inspiring the technology team in the delivery of architecture, infrastructure and IT operations to deliver 'fit for purpose' technology solutions and service operations for both staff and residents.
- Developing and implementing our future-state technology solutions, data governance, integration model and the architectural roadmap enabling the business to achieve its strategic growth targets.
- Define, implement, and maintain technology policies and standards and deliver continuous improvement of LDK's IT Service Management processes including Incident, Request, Change, Problem and Knowledge Management.
- Collaborating with the GM Development to develop requirements for future villages.
**The successful applicant must be able to demonstrate the following**:
- Degree in Technology or similar
- Prince 2, MSP or similar
- 10+ years' experience in a similar role.
- Successful experience and achievement in developing and implementing innovative ICT strategies, solutions, polices and processes.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure, O365, CISCO/Meraki or other networks
- Expert knowledge of information technology systems and software and the ability to manage the entire spectrum of information technology operations.
- Strategic planning and execution skills, analysis, and complex problem-solving skills.
- Commercial acumen to identify opportunities for appropriate and cost-effective investment in ICT systems and resources.
- Extensive experience in overseeing the selection, design, integration and implementation of SaaS systems.
- Excellent understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
- In-depth knowledge of applicable laws and regulations as they relate to IT.
- A sound understanding of IT governance, program management and service delivery.
- Similar experience in a care environment (healthcare, aged care or disability care) would be highly regarded but is not essential.

- Current influenza and COVID-19 immunisation.
- Ability to travel interstate on a regular basis.
