Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Landscape Team Leader/Team Member to join our team. Responsibilities include overseeing or participating in landscaping projects, planting, pruning, mowing, weeding, and laying turf. Additional tasks involve the use of equipment and machinery, scheduling and coordinating activities, ensuring project completion, and maintaining safe and clean workspaces.
Qualifications
* Experience in landscaping, hardscaping, gardening, and horticulture
* Ability to operate and maintain landscaping tools, machinery, and equipment
* Leadership and team management skills, particularly for the Team Leader role
* Knowledge of plant care, pruning techniques, and landscaping materials
* Problem-solving and communication skills to ensure smooth project execution
* Physical ability to perform outdoor labor-intensive tasks in all weather conditions
* A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
* Preferred: Formal qualifications or certifications in landscaping, hardscaping, horticulture, or a related field
