The role is responsible for managing day-to-day construction operations and ensuring that all works are delivered in accordance with approved plans and specifications.
The Piling Site Engineer will coordinate closely with site teams, subcontractors, and project stakeholders, resolve technical and construction-related issues, and monitor progress to support timely and successful project delivery. The position plays a key role in contributing to the organisation's broader objectives, including effective risk management, accurate cost control and estimations, and the consistent implementation of quality, health, safety, and environmental procedures across all worksites. All employees must comply with the Hully Foundations Health, Safety, Environment and Quality Management System and any reasonable instructions, procedures or systems of work which are given in the interest of providing a safe workplace and eliminating environmental harm.
All employees must take reasonable care for their own health and safety, ensuring that their actions do not adversely affect the safety and health of any other person in the workplace. The typical job responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following: Key Result Areas Engineer
* Assist in tender risk assessments and HSEQ risk evaluations.
* Support project management and coordination of piling projects.
* Apply engineering principles to solve technical challenges.
* Oversee construction activities to ensure compliance with quality standards.
* Conduct inspections and quality control processes.
* Monitor project progress
* Maintain detailed records of activities and project changes.
* Promote health, safety, and compliance with regulations.
* Participate in client meetings when require and provide updates.

* Ensure your immediate health and safety and that of other people who may be affected by your actions are considered, which includes full compliance to safety policies and procedures at all times by taking a
* leadership role across your area of operations and influence.
* Assist Hully Foundations in reducing environment aspects and impact were ever possible.
* Following workplace HSEQ policies and procedures including reporting incidents, near misses, non conformances and potential hazards.
* Ensure the use of personal protective equipment for self and others is worn at all times and execute stop work authority for non-compliance
Applicants must meet the following minimum requirements to be considered for the role: Qualifications and Development
* The Piling Site Engineer will have demonstrated experience and or relevant qualifications in engineering operations as well as proven experience in business development.
* be able to work effectively as part of a team

* have excellent interpersonal skills that enables the ability to liaise with people at all levels
* be highly customer focussed and able to build sound customer relationships
* have excellent business development skills to grow the customer base and become a trusted business
