Responsibilities
* Plan, create, and publish engaging content across social media including Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
* Develop and maintain a consistent posting schedule that aligns with campaign calendars and brand messaging.
* Source and manage influencer partnerships, from briefing through to content delivery and performance tracking.
* Monitor and respond to community engagement across platforms in a timely and on-brand manner.
* Report on social media performance, using analytics to identify insights and optimise content.
* Track progress against KPIs including reach, impressions, engagement rate, follower growth, and influencer ROI.
* Stay on top of social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to inform ongoing strategy.
Qualifications
* Pursing Bachelors Degree in Marketing or Business Administration
* Experience with graphic design, multimedia design, or marketing.
* Experience with platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
* Sincere interest in business operations, marketing analytics, managing projects, and administrative tasks
