Responsibilities
* Welcome and assist patients with enquiries and appointments
* Answer and respond to telephone enquiries in a courteous and professional manner
* Accurately process patient payments (cash, EFTPOS, direct billing).
* Ensure the accurate storage and retrieval of patient and practice records
* Contribute to the smooth daily operations of the medical center.
Essentials:
* Exceptional Customer Service: Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
* Meticulous Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy in documentation, appointment scheduling, and filing.
* Strong Computer Skills: Proficiency in using medical software is essential.
* Teamwork: Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Positive Attitude: Maintain a positive and proactive approach to work.
Highly Regarded:
* Prior Experience: Previous experience in an accredited general practice is preferred.
* Software Proficiency: Experience using Best Practice software is a significant advantage.
* Relevant Experience: Retail experience may be beneficial.
