The Network are seeking an experienced UX / Interaction Designer working inside a Federal Government Department delivering secure Digital Identity and Account services.
12 months + extensions
Open to ACT, NSW, QLD
As a UX / Interaction Designer you will design end-to-end digital experiences across complex web and mobile platforms, translating user and business needs into intuitive interaction flows, wireframes and prototypes. You will work closely with developers, business analysts and researchers in agile delivery teams to create accessible, user-centred services supporting secure authentication and account management journeys.
Who are we looking for:
Must have:
o Demonstrated experience designing user interfaces across web and/or mobile digital services.
o Strong interaction design capability including user flows, wireframes, task models and screen-to-screen behaviours.
o Experience applying evidence-based design principles including prototyping and iterative design based on user research and usability testing.
o Strong experience designing accessible and inclusive digital experiences.
o Experience contributing to reusable design systems, components and interaction patterns.
o Proven experience working within agile multi-disciplinary delivery teams.
o Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Desirable:
o Experience with Figma prototyping and design tooling.
o Experience designing Digital Identity, authentication or high-assurance user journeys.
o Previous Federal Government digital delivery experience.
