Job Description:

* Provide high-quality patient care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care in collaboration with individuals and the multidisciplinary healthcare team to achieve quality care outcomes for patients and clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Current nursing or midwifery registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).

* Willingness and capacity to complete postgraduate or minimum Graduate Certificate qualification in Critical Care/Emergency Care within two years of commencement of position.

* Demonstrated application of professional and ethical boundaries to the delivery of patient care in the context of a multi-disciplinary team.

* Demonstrated application of evidence-based practice and critical thinking to advocate for and implement individualized person-centered care for patients.
