About the Role
As a key member of our Campus Services Team, the Asset Planning Analyst plays a vital role in optimizing the use of fixed plant and equipment, physical spaces, and infrastructure. This position requires a unique blend of analytical skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of facilities management to drive operational efficiency and support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting leadership and management with a focus on reporting, analysis, outstanding client service delivery, and process improvements associated with our Asset Management plan.
Requirements and Qualifications
To excel in this role, you will need:
* A degree with at least 4 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education/training and experience.
* Demonstrated expertise in long-term asset infrastructure planning using multiple software applications and databases.
* Proven experience in asset, facilities, administrative, and financial management in a complex environment.
* Ability to work collaboratively and bring together diverse stakeholders to participate in initiatives.
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills with the capacity to think creatively and manage change.
* Strong analytical abilities, including data analysis and evaluation for senior leaders.
