Owner-Driver Fleet Partners Wanted (2T Vans)
Lime E-Bikes Contract | Canberra | April Start
Seeking 1 to 2 main contractor partners with 3 to 4 vans each
PicUp is looking for a small number of high-performing owner-driver contractor partners to service our Lime e-bike operations across inner-metro Canberra. This is consistent, hands-on work with strong earning potential for operators who can provide reliable coverage 7 days per week using a pool of drivers and the ability to run double shifts.

The Work
You will complete one or more of the following Lime task types across Canberra:
Move
Repositioning Lime e-bikes between locations to balance demand.
Retrieval
Collecting bikes from streets, depots, or designated zones and returning them to hubs or warehouses.
Swap
Swapping depleted batteries for charged ones to keep bikes active in high-demand areas.
Deploy
Collecting bikes from the warehouse and redeploying bikes into the field after charging, maintenance, or rebalancing.
All work involves loading and unloading Lime e-bikes (typically 10 to 35kg) across inner-metro routes.
What We Are Looking For
This role is designed for 1 to 2 key contractor partners who can deliver dependable coverage, not a large pool of casual owner-drivers.
Ideal setup:
* 3-4 x 2-tonne vans (large, high-roof vans preferred)
* Capacity to run double shifts (two drivers per van across longer operating hours), or
* 7-day coverage using a rostered pool of drivers
* Strong operational discipline: punctuality, comms, and consistent execution
Vehicle & Contractor Requirements
You must have:
* 2-tonne vans (high-roof preferred)
* Valid driver’s licence for each driver
* Current vehicle registration and insurance
* Recent model smartphone for each driver
* Physically fit drivers capable of repetitive lifting
* High reliability and a strong work ethic
Contractor roles only:
* ABN required
* GST registration required
Earnings & Operating Hours
* 24/7 work available: days, nights, weekends
* Competitive earnings with potential to earn up to $600 per shift (8-10hrs)
* Double-shift option to extend operating hours and increase daily earnings per vehicle
* Ongoing consistent work for reliable operators
The operators who can provide coverage, run clean shifts, consistently achieving 80-120 tasks per shift and stay reliable will get priority access to volume. Simple.
