You will have access to multiple techniques to understand the orebody ranging from corescale (hylogger, downhole logging, assays and FTIR) to the microscale (optical microscopy, SEM, uXRF) which you will use to link to material properties such as comminution (BBWi, SMC,HPGR,Stirred Milling), abrasivity, elutration, upgrades and yields.

Key Responsibilities

* Interpret metallurgical testwork data from the PQ drilling to assess the impact of geology on upgrades and yields during processing.
* Communicate the findings and analysis to the stakeholders within the company.
* Design, evaluate and optimise the testwork flowsheet for various metallurgical testwork programs to understand comminution, abrasion, liberation and other handling properties of the material.
* Assess the quality and consistency of the metallurgical test work.
* Interface with metallurgical and analytical labs to ensure that the test work is fit for purpose and delivered on time.
* Regular travel to sites to inspect ore body and aid the OPF by providing insights into expected processing behavior.
