We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Demi Chef to join our dynamic culinary team at Ibis Perth. As a key member of the kitchen brigade, you will play an essential role in delivering high-quality meals while maintaining a high standard of food safety and hygiene.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of dishes to ensure quality and presentation meet company standards.
- Work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to develop and execute menu items.
- Maintain a clean and organised workstation while following food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Ensure efficient stock management, including ordering and proper storage of ingredients.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff when required.
- Uphold excellent kitchen organisation and safety standards.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth and efficient kitchen operation.
- Adapt to changing menus, special events, and seasonal offerings.
