We're looking for a driven, commercially minded Product Manager – Mobile Attach Products & Portfolio Growth to lead the end‐to‐end delivery, optimisation and growth of key portfolios across our Postpaid Mobile business — including Travel and International Roaming.
This is a true ownership role: strategy, roadmap, delivery, optimisation, process, and stakeholder influence all sit with you. You'll balance commercial impact with exceptional customer experiences, driving initiatives that move the needle on revenue, margin and NPS.
What You'll Do
* Own and manage Postpaid attachment portfolios, driving roadmap, launch and in‐life performance.
* Optimise pricing, packaging and customer experience to improve commercial and customer outcomes.
* Shape a forward‐looking product roadmap informed by customer, market and competitor insights.
* Identify new opportunities via partnerships and emerging technologies.
* Lead compliant, end‐to‐end delivery with strong process, quality and risk management.
* Streamline product and delivery processes to improve clarity and execution.
* Influence and align stakeholders across Product, Commercial, GTM, Sales and Marketing.
What makes you perfect
* 5+ years' experience in product management, ideally within consumer telecommunications.
* Strong commercial acumen with experience delivering revenue, margin and customer outcome improvements.
* Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder groups and influence in a matrix style organisation.
* Exceptional communication, planning and organisational skills.
* Strength in problem‐solving, navigating ambiguity and pivoting with changing market conditions.
* Comfortable leading delivery end‐to‐end, ensuring compliance, quality and customer‐first outcomes.
