Project Coordinator Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to support the delivery of our construction projects in Queensland.
About the Role:
* Provide project management assistance from inception to completion in partnership with Project and Development Managers.
* Support the project management team to ensure projects are scoped, designed, built, and delivered on time.
* Assist in creating, advising, and monitoring project plans.
* Develop understanding and establish partnering relationships with key stakeholder groups associated with the project.
* Assist with project documentation processes and ensure they are complete and well maintained.
* Transfer best practice and share knowledge across the state and national business and contribute to Stockland's knowledge bank and toolkits.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in Project Management.
* Demonstrated commercial/financial acumen.
* Tertiary qualification in Project Management is an advantage.
* Strong communication and relationship management skills.
* Good understanding of legal requirements and obligations in the administration of contracts.
* Experience and understanding of the property industry including planning, design, and construction.
* Strong ability to lead, drive, and motivate contractors and consultants to achieve program milestones.
