Tasks
* Develop comprehensive test plans and test cases to ensure software quality and adherence to business requirements.
* Execute manual and automated tests, analyzing results to identify defects and areas for improvement.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and provide feedback on potential risks.
* Document and report test findings, ensuring clear communication of issues and resolutions to stakeholders.
* Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
* Proven experience as a Test Analyst or in a similar quality assurance role within the business consulting and services industry.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
* Familiarity with test management tools and methodologies, and a commitment to upholding the company's values of accessibility, accountability, belonging, and boldness.
