Supporting the Front Office Manager, we are seeking Duty Managers for our teams who have strong rooms division background and looking for that next step in to a supervisory level role.
As Duty Manager you will be responsible for the smooth running of your shift including: Managing the Hotel in the absence of senior management
* Ensuring guest feedback is recorded accurately and action any service recovery required
* Ensure all accounting processes are achieved as per hotel standards
* Work closely with the Front Office Manager, Executive Housekeeper, Maintenance Department and Restaurant Manager to deliver brand standard rooms, products and services
* Driving revenue targets
* Mentor and develop a team wanting to do their best
