Salary & Benefits:
* $95,000 Pending Experience + Super + Not For Profit Packaging (approx. $18,500, offering more take-home pay with less tax!)
* Full-time, hybrid work (typically 3 days at Hawthorn Support Office, 2 days WFH, subject to change)

Based in a dynamic and friendly Support Office, our teams deliver services across finance, IT, quality and risk, marketing, customer experience, and people, culture, and diversity. The Role
We seek an experienced Learning & Culture Partner to shape our organizational capabilities through designing, developing, and implementing responsive learning frameworks and programs aligned with strategic and compliance standards, including the Aged Care Quality Standards and Aged Care Act. Your responsibilities include:
* Developing comprehensive learning and education initiatives
* Providing expertise on organizational learning objectives
* Managing projects, timelines, budgets, and communication plans
* Partnering with stakeholders across the organization
* Embedding a culture of continuous learning with career development pathways, mentorship, and coaching
* Managing key experience activities such as volunteer programs, diversity initiatives, workforce management, and employee feedback frameworks
About You
To succeed, you will have:
* Relevant experience in a similar role, with tertiary qualifications in HR, organizational development, or related fields
* Deep expertise in organizational development, employee engagement, and experience
* Strong planning, stakeholder engagement, and analytical skills
* Knowledge of Aged Care standards, legislation, and obligations
* Leadership, coaching, and mentoring abilities
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
You should be a professional exercising discretion, with strong problem-solving skills, a collaborative approach, and comfort working in a changing environment.
