Enterprise Sales Representative
As a critical member of our sales team, you will drive business growth by targeting new contacts and departments to educate them on the value proposition of Asana. Your role is pivotal in building strategic cases across new lines of business and creating momentum for large enterprise deployments.
You will work closely with account executives to develop territory plans and drive high-level personas and decision makers to achieve pipeline goals. To succeed in this role, you must be comfortable differentiating Asana from competitors and leveraging multi-channel outbound prospecting approaches.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving outbound prospecting strategies and processes to high-level personas and decision makers. You will also demonstrate curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn and leverage them to enhance productivity and collaboration.
In this role, you will foster value-driven conversations with multiple Director and VP level personas across complex cross-functional teams. You will consistently create compelling messaging and events to achieve meeting goals and update activity metrics, meetings, and pipeline on a weekly basis.
You will effectively execute high-impact trials, meet service level agreement requirements, and leverage territory heat maps and buyer's journey to triage target accounts with Account-Based Marketing strategy. This role requires strong time management skills, segmenting time blocks for account research, strategic outreach, and scaled Outreach, Enterprise strategy meetings, and company meetings.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Minimum 1 year sales development experience with at least 6 months of outbound experience
* Familiarity with sales tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Navigator
* Proven success in driving outbound prospecting strategies and processes
* Demonstrates curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn and leverage them
