VGW's merchandise team are responsible for corporate merchandise initiatives for staff and marketing merchandise initiatives for our players and other company-driven projects.The Merchandise Coordinator will assist in enhancing the planning, implementation and availability of merchandise for VGW and our brands. This role is pivotal in aiding the creation and delivery of promotional merchandise that resonates with our players, supports our various brand identities, and contributes to an engaging player experience.This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals pursuing their first corporate position, particularly those who demonstrate strong organisational skills with an interest in corporate merchandising.Key responsibilities will include:Provide support and assistance towards all merchandise related activities.Coordinate merchandise orders, including creating, tracking, and processing orders from suppliers and vendors.Ensure merchandise meets quality standards and specifications.Assist in managing the ongoing maintenance of our online merchandise sites where players collect their items.Work with the Merchandise Manager to confirm and organise allocated merchandise for player and corporate initiativesWhat you will bring to the role:Experience in allocations, buying or production considered advantageous but not essential.Strong numerical and analytical skills.Excellent communication skills.Logical and a problem-solver.Good organisational skills & capable of working autonomously.Data driven with a high attention to detail.Intermediate Excel skills.A Bachelor's degree in marketing, merchandising or a related field is desirable.About VGWVGW is an interactive entertainment company, harnessing technology and creativity to deliver world-class, free-to-play games.With high-quality, acclaimed brands including Chumba Casino, Global Poker and LuckyLand Slots, we entertain and delight over one million players in North America.As pioneers in sweepstakes promotions for online social games, we also offer our players the opportunity to redeem incredible prizes.At VGW, one of our core values is "our players come first".
