We are seeking an experienced Community Services professional to manage and lead ARC's Support Coordination Team. The Manager – Coordination of Supports will be responsible for managing complex participant cases, mentoring staff, and ensuring best-practice service delivery. You will work closely with participants, families, and service providers to navigate the NDIS system and secure optimal outcomes for our participants.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
* Ensure a smooth transition of new participants into the service department
* Provide leadership and guidance on uniform practices, procedures, systems and expectations within the team
* Maintain exceptional standards of customer service delivery provided by the team
* Identify and champion continuous improvements to improve efficiency, safety and quality of service delivery
* Manage team and individual's performance including maintaining positive team relationships and upholding accountability to role/positional task responsibilities
* Undertake regular team meetings, executing any service improvements within delegation, or escalating to the Deputy CEO where required
* Manage own individual caseload and associated KPI's and billable targets
* Understand and identify Restrictive Practices
* Action Incident Reports/ Action plans and refer any critical incidents as defined by the Quality and Safeguards framework, the Organisational Policy and Procedures and Delegations as required
* Audit client and service applicable files and records; reporting any non-conformances or opportunities for improvement to the Deputy CEO
* Review and collate team reports and provide a summary of service provision to the Deputy CEO

To be successful in this role you will have:
* Relevant Tertiary Qualification of Social Work, Community Services or Allied Health
* Minimum of 2 Years' experience Coordination of Supports/Case Management or equivalent role (desirable)
* Demonstrated experience with supervisory or leadership skills (desirable)
* High standards of ethical behaviour, N.D.I.S. knowledge and experience
* Ability to engage with stakeholders and identify solutions.
* Experience in monitoring budgets, client services, funding packages
* Experience in providing support to Individuals via case management
* Ability to work independently, multi-task, time manage
* Interpersonal skills, experience with external service providers
* Working with Children Blue Card / NDIS Worker Screen
* QLD Drivers Licence & Registered Comprehensively Insured Motor Vehicle
* Right to Work within Australia
