The Mater Young Adult Health Centre Brisbane (MYAHCB) is seeking an experienced and enthusiasticRegistered Nurseto join the team in a permanent part-time (32 hours per week) role.
The service specializes in caring for patients aged *****, supporting their transition from paediatric to adult care, and managing chronic and complex conditions such as diabetes, cystic fibrosis, complex urology, and metabolic disease.
This position requires working 24/7 rotating rostered shifts, including early, late, night, and weekend hours.
As an MYAHCB Registered Nurse you will:
Deliver optimal patient outcomes across the continuum of care.
Apply exceptional clinical expertise and procedural knowledge to provide outstanding care.
Integrate quality and risk management strategies into service delivery.
Participate in personal development and contribute to initiatives that improve patient outcomes.
About you
Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration (no restrictions).
Understanding of young adults and their healthcare needs.
Ability to work in an ever-changing, fast-paced environment.
Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to Mater values.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to liaise with multidisciplinary teams.
