Based on the beautiful Gold Coast, Australia—with a global mindset—we are looking for pioneers to join us in a hybrid capacity. Who we are looking for
We are seeking interest for immediate and future critical roles. We value capability over credentials and passion over pedigree, whilst still valuing formal education:
* Computer Vision & AI Engineers: Deep learning, image processing, and biometric extraction. Agentic solutions.
* Backend & Cloud Lead (IBM Cloud focused): Co-design and build highly secure and scalable systems.
* Mobile Developers: Experts in Kotlin and Swift to build seamless, high-performance interfaces and optimise image capture processes.
* Emerging Talent: Students or self-taught wizards who can prove they have the skills.
* Sales and MBAs: Sales EQ professionals and/or creative and educated critical thinkers.
We are open to any combination of the above.
How we work
* AI-First workflow: We don't just use AI; we expect you to leverage it to 10x your productivity.
* The proof phase: Most roles begin with trial projects or casual engagements. We want to see how you think and build.
* Skin in the game: We offer a mix of equity and pay negotiated to suit the role.
* Global reach: Our HQ is the Gold Coast, Australia but we are open to exceptional talent elsewhere, ideally residing in the USA, Australia, EU or the UK.
