This role centres around managing and optimising Azure Dev Ops pipelines for a multi-org Salesforce environment, supporting both project delivery and ongoing sustainment operations.
You will play a key role in maintaining pre-production environments, ensuring environment alignment, managing access, and providing deployment support across teams.
The position is senior level (EL1 equivalent) and offered on a hybrid basis - typically 3 days in the Canberra office and 2 days from home, negotiable with the successful candidate.
Key Responsibilities Manage all Salesforce project and business-as-usual releases through Azure Dev Ops pipelines up to pre-production/staging environments.
Maintain, customise, and continuously improve Azure Dev Ops pipeline configurations specific to Salesforce use cases.
Oversee pre-production environments, ensuring alignment, generating test data, and managing privileged access.
Provide guidance and mentoring to delivery teams preparing deployment artefacts and to administrators handling production deployments.
Technical Skills & Experience - Essential Minimum 3+ years managing and improving Azure Dev Ops pipelines in Salesforce environments Expertise in: Salesforce Service Cloud and Public Sector Solutions Cloud Multi-org Salesforce ecosystems Salesforce deployment and release management Microsoft Azure Dev Ops, Bash and/or Power Shell, Git Desirable Experience implementing and managing Azure Dev Ops pipelines for Salesforce Hands-on experience with Salesforce release pipelines and environment administration Familiarity with federal government digital standards and inclusion policies Certification or practical experience in change management methodologies such as ADKAR, Kotter, Prosci, or ACMPExperience producing Salesforce training materials and user guides Salesforce Administrator certification Eamon Ridgway Consultant Manpower Group is committed to being a Diversity Confident Recruiter and encourages applications from people from a diverse range of backgrounds, including people with a disability.
