About the Role
This permanent full-time role entails using your developed skills working within a NDIS services environment. Knowing the NDIS practice standards, ensuring the best practices in service by the team and business towards participants undertaking services with Bethel Lifecare.
Primary Responsibilities
We are looking for an enthusiastic, highly professional, knowledgeable Operations Manager who can undertake the following activities. The list of responsibilities below is not exhaustive but prospective candidates must be comfortable with executing these tasks.
1. Full Oversight of NDIS Operations: Oversee and manage all aspects of our NDIS operations in Central West, ensuring high standards of service delivery and operational excellence.
2. Business Development: Identify opportunities for growth and expansion. Collaborate with relevant teams to drive business development initiatives.
3. Staff Onboarding: Lead the recruitment, onboarding, and training processes for new staff, ensuring they are well-prepared to uphold our service standards.
4. Management: Lead and manage the support staff, promoting a positive work environment, and ensuring that all staff adhere to company policies and procedures.
5. Compliance Responsibilities: Ensure all operations comply with NDIS guidelines and relevant regulations. Regularly review and update processes as needed.
6. Inter-department Collaboration: Work closely with the clinical and compliance teams, accounts department, and executive team to facilitate smooth operations. Address any concerns promptly and collaboratively.
7. Travel: Willingness to travel interstate for meetings, trainings, or as required by the company.
Skills & Experience
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Health Administration or related field.
2. Proven experience in an operations management role, preferably within the NDIS or healthcare sector.
3. Strong understanding of NDIS guidelines and compliance requirements.
4. Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
7. Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and manage time effectively.
