An Epic Icon needs an Epic Team! Ayers Rock Resort is seeking a talented Procurement Administrator to join our dedicated team. As a key contributor to our strategic goals, you will play a vital role in ensuring accurate financial transactions and supporting the purchasing department.
Responsibilities
* Invoice management and processing for all stores within Hotel Operations at Ayers Rock Resort.
* Reconcile vendor statements and report discrepancies to the Procurement Manager.
* Monitor and coordinate purchase orders with suppliers and follow up on delivery.
* Communicate any order delays or changes to the appropriate teams at Ayers Rock Resort.
Qualifications
* Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, etc.).
* Excellent written and verbal communication.
* Strong teamwork skills across the resort.
* Business acumen.
* Experience with Materials Control is highly regarded.
* Background in purchasing is highly desirable.
