Project sectors include industrial, government, education, health and more. My client is a looking for an experienced Site Manager to join their Brisbane team due to recent project wins and growth. Medium-high rise project experience is A MUST for this opportunity! Project based north side of Brisbane. Ideal traits the successful candidate will have: 5 - 10 years of experience in the role. Your Requirements: Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management & Economics, Quantity Surveying or equivalent are preferred Excellent communication & relationship building skills with various stakeholders (clients, architects, consultants, subcontractors etc.) Local experience and relationships with consultants and subcontractors Ideally 5 - 10 years in a similar role and industry experience running your own projects between $10m - $50m Your Rewards: Attractive salary package $160K - $180K super dependant on experience.
