If you're passionate about brand stewardship, visual identity, and delivering content that genuinely connects with audiences, this temporary opportunity is a fantastic way to make your mark. Our Corporate Affairs division is seeking a Temporary Manager, Brand, Content & Design to lead an integrated brand and content approach that builds trust, strengthens engagement and enhances the department's reputation across NSW, while we recruit for the permanent position.

In this role, you'll lead and manage a small, multidisciplinary team of communications professionals, including brand, editorial, design and video content specialists. You'll set clear direction, manage priorities and support your team to deliver high‐quality written, visual and video content that aligns with organisational priorities, government standards and audience expectations. You take accountability for advice, content and creative outputs, lead with autonomy and sound judgement, and enjoy mentoring and developing staff to perform at their best. You foster a collaborative, high‐performing team culture and deliver results across multiple channels, including video.

This temporary role offers the opportunity to lead a high‐performing team, make an immediate impact and gain valuable manager‐level experience while we recruit for the permanent position. If you're a confident leader with a strong focus on people, brand integrity and content quality, we'd love to hear from you.
