Synergie is seeking On call Cleaners for an Education Facility located in Aldinga.
The successful candidate will provide high-quality cleaning services across our client sites, maintaining a safe, hygienic, and pleasant environment for all occupants.
1. Perform routine and periodic cleaning tasks across designated areas, including:
* Offices, classrooms, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas
* Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitising surfaces
* Emptying bins and replacing liners
* Operate cleaning machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
* Refill consumables (e.g., soap, paper towels, toilet paper)
* Follow site-specific procedures, health & safety guidelines, and cleaning checklists
* Report maintenance issues or hazards to supervisors
* Ensure high standards of hygiene and cleanliness are maintained at all times
Requirements:
* Previous commercial or industrial cleaning experience (preferred, not essential)
* Ability to follow safety instructions and procedures
* Good attention to detail and time management
* Strong communication skills and a professional attitude
* Physically fit and able to perform manual work, including standing, lifting, and bending
* Training and support from an experienced team
