Supervisor - Catering
$39.36 base rate plus casual loading

* Typically 6AM-2PM Occasionally 2PM-8:30PM

THE POSITION
* Supervision of food preparation, cooking, and presentation of all dishes
* Ensure staff comply with food safety procedures and site food safety plan
* Assist in the management of labour and food costs in line with budget
* Oversee the correct use of stock control systems
THE PERSON
* Cert III Commercial Cookery or equivalent
* Prior Food Hygiene training and/or accreditation
* Model high standards of performance and behaviour
* Posses a Working with Vulnerable People Check, Police Check and Serology Report (or be willing to obtain all of these)
