About the role
* As the Assistant Manager Care Services, you will be responsible for leading and coaching a care team to deliver high quality care for our residents. You will need to be a strong communicator and use your diverse clinical skills to foster the best clinical practice and ensure compliance in all areas. This is an opportunity for someone who has a sound background in management and is looking to further their career within the Aged Care space. You will be supported and mentored by an experienced General Manager.
To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate the following:
* Current registration with AHPRA (RN essential)
* At least 2 years experience working as a Registered Nurse within an Aged Care Sector
* Management experience
* A good working knowledge of clinical governance and ACFI
* Excellent clinical decision making skills with the ability to think on your feet and work under pressure
* Proficiency and understanding of electronic care management systems and computer applications
