It operates within a collaborative and supportive environment, offering a structured workplace where your contributions will make a difference.Job DescriptionProvide day-to-day administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.Manage correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and other communications with high volume data entry.Organise and maintain office records, files, and documentation.Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes as required.Ensure compliance with workplace policies and procedures.Prepare and process invoices and other financial documentation.May sometimes complete admin at events and so field work may be required.The Successful ApplicantPrevious experience in an administrative or office support role.Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and ability to handle large amounts of data.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.The ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently under pressure.A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.Familiarity with public sector processes is advantageous but not essential.What's on OfferHourly rate of approximately $35.00, based on experience.Temporary role with the chance to work in the public sector.Located in Newtown, easily accessible by public transport.Collaborative and supportive work environment.
