We are looking for an experienced HVAC specialist to lead and grow our new HVAC division.
This is not just another van and tools role.
We are looking for someone to invest in this new division and take it in whichever direction they see fit. You'll play a key role in quoting, planning, and mentoring our refrigeration technicians.

This role is designed to grow into HVAC Division Manager, with performance-based incentives as the division scales.
What the role looks like
Roughly 50% on the tools
Installations, servicing, diagnostics, and complex HVAC work
Roughly 50% off the tools
Quoting air-conditioning and refrigeration work
Mentoring and supporting refrigeration technicians
Assisting with job planning and technical decisions
Acting as the go-to technical lead for all HVAC work
You won't be stuck behind a desk all day, and you also won't be smashing installs five days a week. This is not a "show up, do your job, go home" role. An ownership mindset and accountability are essential.
