About Take Two

Take Two is a state-wide service providing high-quality therapeutic services to children and young people who have suffered significant abuse, neglect or disrupted attachment and are clients of Child Protection. Using Bruce Perry's neurosequential model of therapy, we work with traumatised children, their caregivers, families, and communities to understand the child's trauma and its impact on development and behaviour.

Key Responsibilities

This role offers an opportunity to positively impact our community's most vulnerable children, young people, and families. Clinicians will provide individual, dyadic, and systemic client interventions, including assessment, advice related to the care of Child Protection clients, therapeutic interventions, and psychoeducation. You will collaborate with clients, their families, and care teams to create meaningful therapeutic experiences and improve outcomes.

This role is based at the Morwell office and primarily services the Wellington and La Trobe Valley Local Government Areas.

About You

We seek a values-driven clinician with understanding of the needs of children, young people, and families. You should have experience working with diverse clients, demonstrating creativity and flexibility in your clinical approach. Proven assessment, treatment, and report-writing skills are essential, along with a desire to further develop your clinical expertise.
