Key Responsibilities
* Provide direct nursing care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
* Develop and implement individualised care plans that cater to the unique needs of each resident.
In addition to these responsibilities, you will also be required to maintain accurate records, communicate effectively with colleagues and management, and contribute to a positive and respectful work environment.
Requirements
* A current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
* Strong teamwork and communication skills
You will also need to complete a pre-employment medical and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
