About the Role
We are seeking a confident, highly organised Front of House/Receptionist to become the heartbeat of our clinic, with a clear progression into a permanent Salon Coordinator role within 6–12 months.
This is more than answering phones — you'll be the central link between our clients, therapists, and daily operations. You'll ensure every client receives an exceptional welcome, every booking is optimised, and the clinic runs like clockwork so our therapists can focus on delivering results.
Key Responsibilities
* Greet clients warmly and guide them through a seamless check-in and check-out process.
* Oversee and optimise appointment scheduling to maximise therapist time and client satisfaction.
* Answer calls and emails promptly, providing helpful, professional responses.
* Process payments and rebook appointments.
* Coordinate daily operations, keeping the day running smoothly and anticipating what's needed next.
* Support therapists with treatment preparation and maintaining a calm, welcoming environment.
* Keep client records up to date and assist with follow-up communications.
* Assist with marketing activities and client follow-up communications.
What We're Looking For
* Experience in a busy reception or front-of-house environment (beauty/spa industry experience a bonus, but not essential).
* Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities calmly and efficiently.
* Professional, polished presentation and a positive, proactive attitude.
* An interest in skin health and beauty is an advantage.
