Job Title: Construction Operations Manager
The Construction Operations Manager will oversee and optimize the multi-division operations, ensuring excellent service delivery across construction, recreational facilities, and security solutions divisions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise daily operations across all departments
* Manage project workflows and allocate resources efficiently
* Ensure projects adhere to safety regulations, including BSEN1176, BSEN177, and BS EN 14974:2019
* Lead and develop teams, fostering continuous improvement
* Establish quality control processes to maintain high project standards
* Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors for smooth project execution
* Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and contractors for quality, timely delivery, and budget adherence
* Oversee financial management, ensuring effective cost control and tracking
* Implement operational policies and procedures to drive efficiency and consistency
* Support the growth and launch of the training division, contributing to its strategic development throughout 2025
Required Skills & Experience:
* A strong proven career history in construction or related industry operations management
* Proven track record in multi-project management
* Health and Safety qualifications (NEBOSH or equivalent preferred)
* Project Management certification (desired)
