Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced retail professional to join our team as a Inventory Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the availability of products in store and managing stock levels to meet customer demands.
Your Responsibilities
* To manage inventory levels across multiple departments, including grocery and dairy.
* To develop and implement effective stock management systems to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
* To work closely with the sales team to identify trends and opportunities to increase sales.
* To maintain high standards of visual merchandising and ensure stores are presented exceptionally.
Your Skills and Experience
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Previous experience working in a fast-paced retail environment.
* Strong leadership skills, including coaching and developing team members.
* Able to keep things simple and inspire customers by ensuring high standards of stock management and visual merchandising.
* Well-organised with excellent time management skills.
