Robert Half is partnering with a well established organisation, seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to support their finance team during a busy period. This role is an initial 6 month contract with strong potential to extend and they are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible. The Role You will oversee the end to end accounts payable function, ensuring a smooth and timely flow of invoices, payments and reconciliations. The position suits someone who thrives in a fast paced environment and is confident leading a large team while streamlining processes and improving performance. Key responsibilities include: * Managing the full AP function and day to day team operations * Overseeing invoice processing, approvals and payment runs * Implementing process improvements and driving best practice * Managing supplier relationships and resolving queries * Month end duties including reconciliations and reporting * Supporting leadership with insights, forecasting and workflow planning About You: * Proven experience in an Accounts Payable Manager or Senior AP leadership role * Strong people management skills and a hands on approach * Confident working in a high volume environment * Excellent communication and problem solving capability * Available immediately or at short notice If you are an experienced AP Manager looking for a contract with stability and the opportunity to add real value, we would love to hear from you.
