Overview
The Commonwealth Commercial team provides assurance of enterprise performance across the TSP and ensures compliance with associated standards, including robust Export Controls management.
DDGSPO is seeking an Export Controls (EC) Administrator to support the Commonwealth in maintaining continuity of existing Export Controls processes, while assisting with the remediation and uplift of current policies and procedures.
This role will work closely with the Export Control Officer (Commonwealth Supervisor) within an integrated workforce environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Analyse existing Export Controls policies and procedures to ensure accuracy and alignment with legislative and Defence requirements
* Review and validate Export Authorisation documentation and associated records
* Support the development and refinement of Defence business processes relating to Export Controls management
* Assist with remediation activities across DDGSPO Export Controls frameworks
