About the Role
* System and network administration
* Project delivery, including client interaction
* Technical escalation point for support engineers and technicians
* Provide technical leadership, advanced design, configuration, and support for technologies such as Microsoft 365, desktop, Azure, AWS cloud, Private cloud, server infrastructure, and network

Required Skills and Qualifications
* Exceptional customer service experience
* Excellent communication skills
* Recent managed services provider (MSP) experience highly regarded
* Solid level-3 (L3) skills and some hands-on solution engineering and design skills
* At least 5 years of experience in Microsoft system engineering
* At least 3 years of experience in network support
* Expert desktop knowledge, with high familiarity with end-user support
* Expert knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows Server, and Exchange Online, including PowerShell and scripting
* Experience deploying and managing workloads in Azure environments
* Good knowledge of endpoint detection and response (EDR) and backup systems
* Familiarity with technologies such as Microsoft Security, Fortinet, Cisco/Meraki, and SharePoint Intranet advantageous
* Knowledge of AWS cloud, DevOps, and Containers advantageous
