Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative and sales support to the store manager and team.
* Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
* Assist with stock management and inventory tracking.
* Prepare and maintain customer orders and paperwork.
* Support daily operations to ensure smooth store functioning.
* Offer color consulting and advice to help customers select the best flooring options for their spaces.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
* A positive, team-oriented attitude and a willingness to learn.
* Interest or experience in Interior Design, preferred but not essential.
* Previous experience in an administrative or retail role is preferred but not essential.
