Busy Construction Company looking for a Stock Controller to join their team based in Sydney South west.
**Your new company**
Our client is looking for a Stock Controller to join their head office based in Sydney South west, reporting to the NSW Manager and sitting alongside the Sales Coordinator. You will be working within the Construction Industry.
**Your new role**
- Observe OHS requirements as per company policy
- Assist with internal phone calls for sales enquiries and deal with small job enquiries
- Assist the sales team with quotations
- Coordinate stock with job requirements
- Tracking projects and working with reps to finalise
- Data entry
- Processing orders
- Assist in the management of all interstate and intrastate stock movement
- General admin duties
- Arrange transport to and from site when required
- Review incoming invoices to ensure they are correct and calculation of freight recharges
- Partaking in all stock takes within your branch
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Fluent in MS Office suite (word and excel)
- Proven experience working within the construction industry
- Good numerical skills
- Good communication skills
- Reliable
