An exciting opportunity has presented itself for an analytical and forward-thinking Policy & Research Manager to join the Regional Development Australia (RDA) Murray team
Reporting directly to the CEO, this role will lead the development, delivery, and evaluation of high-quality research and policy initiatives that strengthen the Murray region's workforce, infrastructure, and economic outcomes.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker who enjoys turning data into insight, research into influence, and complex information into clear, actionable advice. You'll be equally confident writing policy papers as you are facilitating stakeholder discussions or presenting data visualisations to a regional audience.

Your work will help guide government, industry, and community decisions that build a resilient and thriving regional economy.
