Field Sales Team Member
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Field Sales Team Member to join our team in Victoria.
* This role is responsible for developing and executing a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and objectives within the assigned territory.
* The successful candidate will identify and prospect new customers, build strong relationships, and convert leads into sales opportunities.
* Face-to-face meetings with clients and prospects will be conducted to understand their needs, present product offerings, and negotiate sales agreements.
* Collaboration with internal teams, including marketing and customer support, will ensure customer satisfaction and successful sales outcomes.
* The position requires extensive travel within the North West Regional Victorian territory to build relationships and drive sales growth.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Develop a sales strategy that aligns with business goals.
* Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities through effective prospecting and relationship-building.
* Present product offerings to clients and negotiate sales agreements.
* Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
* Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business growth.
* Deliver against sales KPI's.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in field sales or territory sales.
* A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a similar role.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
* Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
* Outgoing, approachable, and passionate about sales.
* Strong technical skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Power BI.
