Our Client, a leading property and development company, is looking for an experienced maintenance technician to look after one of its premium residential developments.
The Role:
Reporting to the General Manager and Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for the upkeep, repairs, and preventative maintenance of the property — ensuring everything runs smoothly and safely.
- Carrying out general maintenance, repairs, and scheduled servicing – mainly broken blinds, leaky taps.
- Responding promptly to maintenance requests, prioritising urgent issues.
- Preparing vacant units to a high, market‑ready standard – check appliances, replace silicone in bathrooms, fix up any loose skirting, repaint any areas required.
- Maintaining the common areas.
- Operating equipment safely and adhering to company procedures.
- Logging work orders and completing maintenance reports.
- Participating in the on‑call rotation for after‑hours emergencies.
Candidate Requirements:
- Must have previous experience and background in all areas of maintenance.
- Qualifications in trade or trade‑related enterprises.
- Basic computer skills.
- Understand the importance of community living.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Have a valid driver’s licence.
