Learning Experience Specialist

We are seeking a motivated Learning Experience Specialist to join our team in Sydney. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering informative, participative, and engaging learning events and training sessions for internal staff across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and deliver high-quality learning experiences that meet the needs of diverse audiences and align with our business objectives.
* Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop relevant learning content and ensure consistency in messaging across all training initiatives.
* Assess the learning effectiveness of course participants through relevant instruments and contribute to the continual improvement of our early career learning and development initiatives.
Requirements:
* Relevant experience in Adult Education / Workplace Training or in Adult Education / Facilitation as well as relevant learning and development experience.
* Strong facilitation experience across a range of learning interventions and audiences.
* Demonstrated ability to lead an initiative through the learning cycle.
* Proficiency in creating quality learning materials (e.g. workshop manuals, job aids, etc.).
* Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
