The Kangaroo Island Landscape Board is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Team Leader Business Services to lead high-quality, efficient and compliant business services that support our people, our operations and our community.
Reporting to the Business and Planning Manager, this pivotal role provides expert financial management, human resources, administrative, and business services to the management team, project managers, and the KI Landscape Board.
As Team Leader Business Services, you will play a key leadership role in keeping our organisation running smoothly and effectively. You'll ensure the Board maintains strong financial governance and business systems, while supporting managers with trusted advice that enables confident decision-making.
You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Treasurer's Instructions and Commissioner's Determinations, meeting statutory reporting obligations and, just as importantly, you'll champion excellent customer service and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements
* National Police Check.
* Current class "C" driver's licence is essential.
* An appropriate qualification in finance and/or business management is desirable.
