About The Opportunity The primary purpose of this position is to take full ownership of the tendering function, ensuring accurate, commercially sound, and consistently high-quality submissions without reliance on the Director. Reporting directly to the Director, your responsibilities will include: Improving hit rate, margin discipline, and overall tender quality Preparing accurate, commercially sound pricing and detailed construction estimates Taking full ownership of tenders end-to-end, from scope review through to submission Putting quotes together, presenting to builders, negotiating, and actively chasing outcomes Building and refining estimating systems, templates, and workflows while coordinating with the Offshore QS and project stakeholders This is a full-time remote role, with potential for an office-based position in the future as the business grows. About You The successful candidate will have: A structured, organised, and professional approach that builders trust Strong scope interpretation skills and the ability to identify commercial risk The confidence to operate autonomously and take full ownership of outcomes High commercial awareness, including margin control and negotiation capability 3–4 years’ experience in the construction industry with building estimator experience highly desirable What’s in it for You?
