Kairos Community College is excited to be opening a new campus in Nambour in 2026. We are seeking Teacher Aides to join our foundation team and play an important role in supporting both teachers and students in our Years 10–12 classrooms. 
Teacher Aides at Kairos are integral members of the team. You will work directly with students, providing learning support tailored to their needs, assisting with classroom activities, and helping create an environment where young people feel valued, capable, and motivated. 
We are seeking applicants who: 
- Are enthusiastic about supporting young people to re-engage with learning 
- Have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport 
- Are flexible, proactive, and able to work collaboratively 
- Are willing to contribute positively to the culture of a growing campus 
- Hold or are working towards additional qualifications such as a TAE, Certificate II in Hospitality, or a Light Rigid vehicle licence (highly regarded)

About Kairos 
Kairos Community College is a fee-free, independent senior secondary school for Years 10–12. We specialise in re-engaging young people who have become disconnected from mainstream education, offering a safe, supportive and flexible learning environment. Since opening, 100% of our Year 12 graduates have achieved their Queensland Certificate of Education (QCE). With campuses at Deception Bay, Caloundra, and a new campus opening in Nambour in 2026, our mission is to help every young person feel valued, supported, and capable of success.
