As a key member of our team, you will play a critical part in ensuring exceptional customer experiences and sales results at our Broome Airport location.
Reporting to the Station Manager, your role will involve greeting customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing solutions for any issues that arise, and going above and beyond to deliver high-quality service and a WOW experience.
You will also be responsible for conducting damage inspections on returning vehicles, checking oil levels and tyre pressure, and being of assistance to customers commencing their journey.
To be successful in this role, you should possess previous experience in customer service, retail or sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to work alone and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work on a rotating shift roster is also essential, including weekends and public holidays. A valid Australian driver's license with a clean driving record and current and ongoing Australian work rights are also required.
