As a Membership Consultant, you will play a key role in driving fitness engagement and creating a lasting impact on our members' health journeys. You will build relationships with potential customers, and maintain high standards for club operations. You will work closely with team members to ensure a supportive, fun and successful environment.

Duties:
* Lead generation and driving membership sales
* Maintaining existing memberships
* Work collaboratively to exceed membership targets.
* Ensure the club and equipment are in great condition.
* Maintain a tidy and welcoming environment.
* Continuously improve product knowledge.
* Provide support for existing staff and new member onboarding.
Skills and Experience:
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proven background in sales, retail or business development.
* Strong computer literacy and administrative capabilities.
* Must possess a positive, bubbly personality.
* Training will be provided for successful candidates.
